Marketing Associate  Metairie, Louisiana

Pay: $20/hour

Part-time, will work with class schedule

Job Criteria include: Please note that since we are looking for a student, we understand that there are certain processes they may be unfamiliar with. The marketing director will teach and train in each of the responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is looking to learn and grow into the role.

• Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media Management:

• Create and execute social media content

• Monitor online reputation: social media, Google reviews, etc.

• Design digital graphics and out of home materials (e.g. billboards).

• Proofread copy such as blog posts, ads, press releases, and newsletters.

• Assist with budget monitoring (Marketing Associate will not be responsible for making purchases, but will help monitor spending in marketing department)

• Reporting: collect, track, and analyze data on marketing campaigns from different sources and create comprehensive reports.

• Various administrative tasks such as:

  • • Communicating with account managers

    • Making reach outs to vendors

    • Maintaining marketing documentation such as contracts, ad approvals, invoices, etc

• Skills

• Basic graphic design

• Copywriting and proofreading

• Basic Excel knowledge

• Communication

• Organization
