We often accept students for the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Please contact song-youngpark@unomaha.edu for internship availability and application information.
Lab Tours
We are open for lab tours for small groups or classes of high school or middle school students. Our graduate students will provide demonstrations with our equipment and will discuss basic physiology. Contact us to schedule your class lab tour and experience!
We are also able to provide private tours to potential and/or current students. Please contact us if you are interested.
Guest Lectures
Please contact us if you would like Dr. Park or one of our graduate students to provide a basic guest lecture for high school or middle school level. We can discuss simple physiology topics such as cardiovascular responses to exercise, how our heart and vessels work together, and what our body does to produce energy. We may also include a brief hands-on lab experience, such as measuring heart rate or how our muscles can fatigue.
