The Regents' Scholars Council was first developed and constituted in the fall of 2020, as the result of discussion between RS Faculty Advisor Leslie Donovan and students in the program.
RS Council's mission: Through empowerment, guidance, and leadership, the mission of the Regents' Council is to foster community and passion among the Regents' Scholars of UNM. We will work together to provide opportunities to connect, grow, and share with one another while keeping inclusivity and a commitment to academic excellence at the forefront of everything we do.
On this page, you will find information and resources about our Council members as well as projects and initiatives being undertaken by the Council. If you have suggestions for activities or initiatives or would like to serve on committees, please contact us at regentsscholars@unm.edu or email any of the Council members.
