This privacy policy applies to the Spill mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) created by UnlEESHed Studios (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically. This information may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, the operating system used on your mobile device, the duration of your use of the Application, and general information about how the Application is accessed.
The Application may collect a unique device identifier (“deviceID”) that the Service Provider uses to manage gameplay data and functionality. The Application and its third-party service providers may also infer your approximate location (country or region) from your device’s IP address. This approximate location information is used to support core app operations and to enable region-appropriate advertising.
The Service Provider does not collect precise or GPS-based location information.
For a better experience, the Application may require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to deviceID, coarseLocation, adInteraction, and diagnostics. This information is retained and used solely as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding the handling of user data. These services may receive anonymized or aggregated information to help them perform their functions within the Application.
The primary third-party service used by the Application is Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, coarse location information inferred from IP address, ad interaction data, and performance data to deliver and optimize advertisements. Users are encouraged to review AdMob’s privacy policy for more detailed information on its data practices.
The Service Provider may use the information collected to operate and improve the Application. Automatically collected data may be shared with trusted service providers who perform services on behalf of the Service Provider and who adhere to the terms described in this privacy statement. These service providers do not have independent rights to use the information provided to them.
The Service Provider may disclose information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, to investigate fraud, or to comply with a governmental request.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain user-provided and automatically collected information for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you wish to request the deletion of information you have provided, you may contact the Service Provider at unleeshedstudios@gmail.com, and the request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that such information has been provided, it will be deleted promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate actions can be taken.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and employs physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect the information processed and maintained.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
