With the help of a coach, I was able to change my own life for the better. I was able to see the invisible cages I'd been stuffed into, and that I was the one holding the key... it was my own hand at the other end of that leash I was on, and once I let it go I ran toward the life I wanted and have never looked back. In the words of the lovely Glennon Doyle, I realized:
I am a goddamned cheetah!
Now I know it is my life's purpose to help other women step into their own power.
