UnknownUser Games ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer") operates the mobile game Blast Sweeper (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you play the Game.
UnknownUser Games is an independent, unregistered individual developer entity based in India. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at gamesunknownuser@gmail.com.
By downloading, installing, or playing Blast Sweeper, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the Game.
We do not operate any servers that collect or store your personal data.
We do not require account creation, sign-in, or any direct submission of personal information (no name, email, or phone number is collected by us).
Your game progress (coins, hints, health, level progress) is stored locally on your device only, using Unity's PlayerPrefs system, and is not transmitted to us.
The Game is monetized through advertising. To deliver ads, we use third-party ad mediation and ad network partners (Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads), which may collect certain device and advertising identifiers as described below.
We do not knowingly target the Game at children under 13, and the Game is intended for a general audience, with a recommended age rating of 18+ on the Play Store listing.
The rest of this document provides the full legal detail required by applicable law and app store policies.
UnknownUser Games does not operate backend servers, databases, or analytics dashboards of its own for this Game. As a direct result:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
We do not require or offer any account registration, login, or authentication system.
We do not collect or store payment or billing information (the Game currently has no in-app purchases).
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
We do not directly track you across other apps or websites.
Blast Sweeper is a free, ad-supported game. To display ads, we integrate the following third-party advertising and mediation SDKs:
Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — ad mediation platform
Google AdMob
Unity Ads
Other ad networks connected through the LevelPlay mediation waterfall, which may vary over time as we optimize ad performance
These third parties operate independently of us and act as independent data controllers for the information they collect. When ads are served, these partners may automatically collect information such as:
Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID / GAID, Apple IDFA if applicable)
Device information (device model, operating system version, language, time zone)
IP address and general (non-precise) location derived from it
App usage data related to ad interactions (impressions, clicks, ad performance)
Data used for fraud prevention and frequency capping
We do not control, and are not responsible for, how these third parties collect, use, or share this information. We encourage you to review each partner's own privacy policy for full details:
Google AdMob / Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity Technologies Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
ironSource/Unity LevelPlay Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy (ironSource is a Unity company)
Depending on your region and settings, the ad mediation waterfall may also route requests to additional third-party demand partners (other ad networks bidding to show you ads). A current list of participating ad networks can be found in Unity LevelPlay's public documentation, as this list is dynamic and managed at the platform level rather than by us individually.
You can limit the advertising identifiers available to ad networks through your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on newer Android versions)
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads (off)
Opting out will reduce ad personalization but you will still see ads (they will be less tailored to your interests). This may also affect the Game's ability to generate revenue that supports continued development, but your choice will always be respected.
The Game uses Unity's PlayerPrefs system to save your progress directly on your device. This includes information such as:
In-game currency/coin balance
Level progress and completion status
Hint availability
Health/lives state
Game settings and preferences
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It is not backed up to any server we control. If you uninstall the Game or clear its app data, this locally stored progress will be permanently lost. Some mobile operating systems may include this data in device-level cloud backups (e.g., Google Play Games auto-backup or iCloud), which is managed by the operating system/platform, not by us.
Blast Sweeper is intended for a general audience and is recommended for users aged 18 and older, consistent with its Play Store rating. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in regions such as the European Economic Area, where higher age thresholds for consent may apply), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has used the Game and that personal information may have been collected by a third-party advertising partner in a manner inconsistent with applicable law (such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA"), please contact us at gamesunknownuser@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including working with our ad partners to address the issue.
Because our advertising partners (Google, Unity/ironSource, and their connected ad networks) operate globally, information they collect may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other countries. These partners are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR) are in place for such transfers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to:
Access, correct, or delete personal data held about you
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
Because we do not directly collect or hold personal data ourselves, requests relating to advertising data are best directed to the relevant advertising partner (Google or Unity) using the links in Section 3. We will assist in good faith with any request sent to us and will forward it appropriately where relevant.
Where required, ad partners rely on your consent (collected via a Consent Management Platform / consent banner shown in the Game, where implemented) as the legal basis for personalized advertising in the EEA/UK. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the in-game privacy settings (where available) or your device settings described in Section 4.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:
Know what personal information is collected, used, or disclosed
Request deletion of personal information
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined under California law) for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes
Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
Our advertising partners may be considered to "share" limited device/advertising information for purposes of interest-based advertising as defined under CPRA. You can opt out of ad personalization using the device-level settings in Section 4, which will be communicated to supported ad networks through the LevelPlay mediation platform's opt-out signal handling.
If you reside in a jurisdiction with its own data protection framework (for example, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA, or similar laws), similar principles apply: we do not directly collect your personal data, and any data processed originates from your interaction with third-party advertising SDKs, governed by their respective privacy policies linked in Section 3.
Because we do not operate servers or databases that store personal data, our direct data security risk is minimal. Our third-party advertising partners (Google, Unity/ironSource) implement their own industry-standard security measures to protect any data they process. However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed by third parties.
We do not retain any personal data, as none is collected by us directly. Locally stored game progress (Section 5) remains on your device indefinitely until you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or your device removes it. Data retention by third-party advertising partners is governed by their own respective privacy policies and retention schedules.
The Game or its ads may occasionally contain links to third-party websites, stores, or services (such as the Google Play Store listing page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party destinations. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the ad SDKs we use, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
By downloading, installing, and playing Blast Sweeper, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection and use of information as described herein, including by our third-party advertising partners.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact:
UnknownUser Games Email: gamesunknownuser@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy is provided for Blast Sweeper, published on the Google Play Store. It is drafted to align with general requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, and Google Play Data Safety policies as of the effective date above, but does not constitute legal advice. We recommend periodic review of this policy alongside updates to applicable law and to the SDKs integrated into the Game.
