Our Telehealth services are $125, and Home visits are $200.  If warranted on the telehealth visit, we may come out to see you if needed. Telehealth available anywhere in the valley. Home visits are Available for Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler areas.  On home visits, all testing are included for only $200.
