Article 1 Marriage, Pregnancy, and Maternity Law
Section A. Prior to marriage, applicants should undergo test procedures to determine whether their genes are compatible or not Whether their X & Y chromosomes are sequenced in a way that does not conflict with their partners - that usually happens in inter-marriages. If your DNA does conform with your partner, etc.… This law was done in sympathy to those born with an abnormality that is ever-increasing. Also, an allergy test to check and be aware of it could help because some of its adverse effects is terrible that it disrupts even your body function which can affect the fetus.
Section B. Pregnant women caught not doing proper prenatal care will be apprehended and housed in an auspice so they can nurture their babies in a proper way. If need be, throughout her pregnancy.
Section C. Pregnancy and substance abuse. Pregnant women caught abusing substances will be housed as well.
Section D. Anybody caught inflicting physical harm to pregnant women will be imprisoned and will be accountable for paying for the medical fee that covered the screening & checkup.
Section E. Products that are hazardous to pregnant should be properly labeled and with notification of the hazardous contra-indications.
Section F. Maternity Leave should be given to both parents as she must have full-time care of the newborn during this crucial stage. Furthermore, mothers should be rested after the delivery and require them to lessen their movement and avoid bleeding. This should even be more warranted if they have other children that need feeding and eyes to guard them from danger.
Section G. Verbal abuse to pregnant women which can cause psychological distress that can cause anxiety and stress will also be caught and penalized.
Section H. Places that pose danger to pregnant women should be well marked or blocked to avoid unnecessary accidents that can cause miscarriage. Establishments will be apprehended and fined.
Section I. Medical doctors attending to the prenatal care of her/his patients should draw a proper timeline of their pregnancy indicating all the things that should be done once they accept and check the patient even on only one (1) instance. It should be their moral obligation to do so that every patient should get whatever they took as an oath as a medical practitioner. They should take on this burden as this law will now require them to do so or they can be incriminated due to negligence of duty.
Section J. Parents or Guardians will no longer have any control of their children whether male or female after they have reached the legal age of twenty-one (21) years old as long as he is not mentally incapacitated, mature, and have the proper education to ensure independence. This does not infringe on the children of their rights to decide on their destiny. This could be taken as similar to enslavement.
Section K. Marriage betrothal is just like prostitution. Guardians are making concessions against their children for gains they have set to benefit themselves and not necessarily their children from a marriage. Furthermore, guardians cannot decide for their children whom to love because without love couples may suffer a lifetime of despair that they have to live with it. Refer to the Universal Law about marriage requirements. Taken they are of legal age.
Section H. The Universal Law does not exempt anybody from using the influence of their relatives in power for their gains, advantage, and other vested interests and most especially to take advantage of women. Women have the right to reject any sexual overtures, inopporting their situation. No Gods, Kings, High Officials or influential people an exempt from this law. Offenders will be expelled.
