Accessibility, Childcare and Code of Conduct

The Mathematics Department is accessible to wheel chairs, and all speaker slides or notes (for board talks) will be gathered in advance. Food restrictions, such as kosher, halal, vegan, gluten free, etc. are all easily satisfied by multiple options close to the math department. If there are any additional accessibility concerns, please let the organizers know so we can assist.

Childcare:

• Care.com allows one to schedule short-term childcare from a list of providers. 

• Beyond Barnard: Columbia's affiliate campus, Barnard College, has a system for posting occasional babysitting service jobs. Contact beyondbarnard@barnard.edu for posting instructions.
