1. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading or using this app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms.

3. INTENDED USE

The app is a third-party remote that controls compatible smart TVs over your local network. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Roku, Samsung, LG, or any manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their owners. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every model or firmware.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS (RC PRO)

RC Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Price and duration are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple's policies.

5. NO WARRANTY

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with any specific TV.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. CHANGES

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
