PRIVACY POLICY — Universal TV Remote Control RC

This app ("RC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we do — and don't — do with your information.

1. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.

2. LOCAL NETWORK

To control your TV, the app communicates directly with devices on your local Wi-Fi network (discovery and remote commands). This traffic stays on your network between your phone and your TV. We do not receive or store it.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and by our payments provider, RevenueCat, solely to validate and manage your purchase. Apple and RevenueCat may process a non-personal, anonymized purchase identifier. We never receive your payment card details. See Apple's and RevenueCat's privacy policies for their practices.

4. DIAGNOSTICS

If enabled by Apple, anonymous crash and performance data may be shared with us through Apple to improve stability. This data is not personally identifiable.

5. CHILDREN

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

6. CHANGES

We may update this policy; the "Effective date" will reflect changes.
