To increase awareness, understanding, and access to Assistive Technology (A.T.) services through an engaging, video-based education series that emphasizes the relationship between people, their daily activities, the environments they navigate, and the assistive technologies that support them. Guided by the Human Activity Assistive Technology (H.A.A.T.) Model, the program demonstrates how AT can enhance safety, independence, and participation in everyday life for individuals across North Carolina. 

To provide clear, practical, and accessible information about the North Carolina Assistive Technology Program (N.C.A.T.P.) and services available to support individuals, their activities, and environments in daily life. The program aims to help community members understand how Assistive Technology, when matched to the person, activity, and context, can promote functional performance, safety, and well-being. 

To provide a platform that equips individuals of all ages and abilities with knowledge and resources tailored to the person, their activities, and environments, supporting safe, independent, and confident living in homes and communities. Through accessible, on-demand video instruction, this program seeks to expand N.C.A.T.P. outreach and reduce barriers to Assistive Technology (A.T.) services.
