Users who cannot access the Unitor app may request account deletion by email.

Unitor Account Deletion Request
In the email, include:
Your full name
The email address registered with your Unitor account
Your account role, such as Student or Tutor
A clear statement that you want your Unitor account deleted
Example email:
Hello Unitor Admin,
I would like to permanently delete my Unitor account and associated personal information.
Full Name: [Your name]
Registered Email: [Your Unitor account email]
Account Role: [Student or Tutor]
Please process my account deletion request.
Thank you.
For security, do not include your password, OTP, bKash PIN, or any other confidential payment information.
After the request has been verified, Unitor will delete or anonymize eligible information associated with the account, including:
Account and profile information
Firebase Authentication account
Profile photograph
Academic-support proposals
Tutor application information
Session information
Messages associated with the account, where applicable
Ratings and reviews, where applicable
Other personal information connected to the account
Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:
Payment and transaction records
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Dispute resolution
Legal or regulatory obligations
Enforcement of Unitor’s policies
Any retained information will only be used for the purpose that requires its retention.
After receiving and verifying the request, Unitor will process the account-deletion request within a reasonable period.
We may contact the user through their registered email address to confirm account ownership before deleting the account.
