1. About UniTodo
UniTodo is a comprehensive task management application that helps you organize your daily tasks, set priorities, manage daily suggestions, and stay productive with customizable themes and categories.

UniTodo does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The only information stored by the app is:
• Tasks you manually add (title, description, due date, due time, priority, category, completion status, custom colors)
• Daily suggestions you create or modify (title, description, type, estimated time, completion status, icons, tags)
• App preferences (theme settings, accent color preferences, font family choices, dark/light mode selection)
3. How We Store Your Data
• All tasks and daily suggestions are stored locally on your device using SQLite database
• App preferences are stored locally using your device's shared preferences system
• We do not store your data on any external servers or cloud services
• Your data stays private and is only accessible through your device
• No data is transmitted over the internet
4. Third-Party Services
UniTodo uses the following third-party services that do not collect personal data:
• Google Fonts: For displaying custom font families (fonts are cached locally after first use)
• Flutter Framework: The underlying mobile app framework
• SQLite: Local database for storing your tasks and suggestions
5. Advertisements
We do not display any advertisements in our app.
6. Analytics and Tracking
UniTodo does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or user tracking services. We do not collect usage statistics or behavioral data.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties. Since all data is stored locally, no data leaves your device.
8. Security
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for securing your device to prevent unauthorized access to your tasks and suggestions. We recommend:
• Using device lock screens (PIN, password, fingerprint, or face unlock)
• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Being cautious about installing unknown apps that might access your device storage
9. Data Export and Deletion
• All your data can be cleared through the app's settings
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data
• There are no backups stored externally, so data deletion is permanent
10. Permissions
UniTodo only requests permissions necessary for core functionality:
• Storage access: To save your tasks and preferences locally
11. Children's Privacy
Our app is safe for all age groups and does not collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age or any users of any age.
12. International Users
Since no data is transmitted or stored externally, there are no international data transfer concerns. All data remains on your local device regardless of your location.
