Effective Date: 24 February 2026
At Ex Crystal Development Team, we believe your privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use the UnitLab application (the "App").
We have designed UnitLab to be as secure and private as possible. The short version is: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. ---
UnitLab is proudly built with a 100% Offline-First and Zero Permission Architecture.
No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers.
Local Processing: All calculations, conversions, and processes happen strictly locally on your device's memory. No data ever leaves your device or is sent to any external servers.
To ensure your maximum privacy and peace of mind, UnitLab does not request or access any sensitive device permissions. We will never ask for access to your:
Camera or Photos
Contacts
Location (GPS)
Microphone
External Storage or Media Files
Your focus should be on learning and calculating, not on being tracked.
No Trackers: The App does not integrate any third-party APIs, analytics tracking SDKs, or cloud services.
Complete Offline Functionality: UnitLab is designed to function seamlessly even in complete "blank-spot" offline environments without needing an internet connection.
UnitLab is an educational utility tool focused on minimizing cognitive load and distraction. Therefore, the App does not contain, display, or track any data for third-party advertisements.
UnitLab is designed for students (including High School and Vocational School) but is completely safe and appropriate for children of all ages. Because our app operates entirely offline and collects zero personal information, we are in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy. Parents can feel completely confident letting their children use UnitLab.
Your privacy is inherently protected because no data ever leaves your device. We prioritize app stability and safety by using restricted data input types (e.g., number-only keyboards) to prevent input-based vulnerabilities, ensuring a safe environment for all users.
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect app improvements or updates to Google Play policies. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top. However, our core philosophy of "zero data collection" will never change.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy or the UnitLab app, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to us at:
