Behaviour

Here at UKRPC we have very strict Behavioural Standards. If a staff member does not obey these standards, they will be terminated. These standards include;

Professionalism

Professionalism ensures that our server looks and acts in a way suited to the needs of extreme roleplayers. Professionalism shows that we are a skilled team of staff who are highly-trained and understanding towards players.

Dedication

Dedication shows that our staff team really enjoy the community they are in, if we keep the enjoyment we can keep the server.

Respect

Staff members are expected to show respect to other staff members and users. Doing so makes our players feel safe in the community and they are more likely to come back.
