Reginald and Sheila collectively possess over 40 years of experience as national speakers. Throughout their impressive 27-year tenure in the ministry, they have served as pastors in various locations, including Roanoke VA, Newport News VA, Chesapeake VA, and Charlotte NC.

Their divine calling is to facilitate the restoration of unity within families and the Lord's church through their profound preaching and teaching on healing, reconciliation, and restoration, drawing from the wisdom of God's word.

Reginald and Sheila have been happily married for over 26 years and were nurtured for ministry under the guidance of the late Dr. H. Fred Stone Jr. of Guiding Star C.O.G.I.C. in Roanoke VA. They further honed their pastoral skills under the tutelage of Reginald's parents, Bishop John and Evangelist Delbria Thompson, who pastor the Star in the East Church in Roanoke VA.

In January 1999, they were ordained as Elders and subsequently launched Unity Outreach Ministries in Newport News VA just nine months later. Reginald's consecration as Bishop occurred on February 24, 2001, followed by his affirmation as an Apostle on November 18, 2006. Together, they successfully built up the church in Newport News VA before passing on the leadership to another pastor in August 2009. This transition led them to relocate to Charlotte NC, where they embarked on the establishment of United Global Church.

Reginald and Sheila are renowned speakers, celebrated for their exceptional ability to equip and empower individuals for leadership in the service of the Lord. They hold a Doctorate degrees in Christian Education, a testament to their commitment to continuous learning and growth. 

Additionally, they are proud parents to two daughters, Anika and Solita, as well as six grandchildren. They also consider themselves blessed with numerous godchildren and spiritual children who have been touched by their ministry.
