United Sentinel Corporation Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://sites.google.com/view/united-sentinel-corporation/home website, any of our vessels, security, police, military or construction services (the "Service") operated by United Sentinel Corporation ("us", "we", "our", or “United Sentinel Corporation”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all prospective and current customers users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our service.

1. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Service ("Purchase").

1.1. Misuse of the United Sentinel Corporation website may result in a permanent denial of access towards the United Sentinel Corporation website which may prevent you from using our services in the future.

1.2. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your faction name, your discord name, faction role, order subject, any visual design aids.

1.3. Any purchase you make will be fully resolved only after full payment, in whatever form is decided on, is received by United Sentinel Corporation. Until such time, we maintain the right to repossess the vessel if: we believe you intended to harm, destroy, purposefully endanger the vessel, security force, police force, or the military force as outlined in Article 7, or can no longer complete the payments or meet any of the termination clauses.

2. Vessels and Stations

To operate any of our vessels without losing to our services we require the owning party to:

2.1 Have all operators of the vessel operate the vessel without purposefully endangering or making harmful actions against the vessel or security or police stations as outlined in Article 7.

3. Labor and Construction Services

The labor and Construction services we offer include but are not limited to, onsite vessel and security and/or police station construction, modification, transport, and repossession are governed by and protects our employees by:

3.1. Restricting the client from:

3.1.1. Issuing work that is unfair and/or unlisted from the original work order, gaining access to any services not previously entitled to or forcing our employee to act against our rules, guidelines, or agenda.

3.2. Making the client responsible for:

3.2.1. Any actions made by United Sentinel Corporation personnel that would break the activation of any termination clauses outlined in Article 7.

4. Security and Military Services

To ensure maximum protection and defense, United Sentinel Corporation has the right to provide evacuation transport to our customers and users without the owning party permission. United Sentinel Corporation also has the right to allow the use of military assets on stations without the owning party permission. United Sentinel Corporation also has the right to send in more security and police forces to stations without notifying or asking permission from the owning party. United Sentinel Corporation also has the right to use weapons and send in military forces to stations without the owning party permission.

4.1. If the owning party of station tries to deny the decision made by United Sentinel Corporation of defending or evacuating a station defended by United Sentinel Corporation would be endangering or making harmful actions against the vessel or station or worker as outlined in Article 7.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs made by United Sentinel Corporation including but not limited to models, sketches, concepts, YOLOL scripts and codes, architectural plans, modular connectors and layouts, blueprints, and system layouts are the intellectual property of United Sentinel Corporation. All attempts made to claim them as otherwise or use them without explicit permission will be met with reparations and will be grounds for termination, prison sentence, and fine as outlined in Article 7.

6. Purposeful endangerment or Harmful actions

Deliberate harmful and reckless actions and situations that would jeopardize the integrity of our products are viewed harshly and will be used as grounds to terminate our services, use of force, fine, and prison sentence

6.1.Damaging United Sentinel Property such as, but not limited to stations, vessels, or workers.

7. Termination

Termination can result from any breach of the terms in this contract or others in this article or beyond and include but is not limited to the methods outlined below.

7.1 Revoking the right to use our services made by the United Sentinel Corporation

7.2 Revoking the right to use of United Sentinel Corporation Website

7.3 Revoking the right to work for United Sentinel Corporation

7.4 Harming or endangering a station, vessel, or worker would be a violation of United Sentinel Corporation Laws and would include charges, reoperations, termination of the terms, and prison sentences

7.5 Denying or escaping from a prison sentence would allow for use of police force, or longer sentence
