TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENROLMENT POLICY

• Continuous Enrolment: Once your child/ren is enrolled at Unite Performing Arts, their enrolment will remain active until the end of the calendar year (Saturday, 20th December 2025), unless you formally notify us otherwise.

• No Need for Re-Enrolment Each Term: Your child’s enrolment automatically carries through each term within the year.

• Responsibility for Fees: You are financially responsible for all enrolled classes until formal notice of cancellation is provided to Unite Performing Arts.
  
  

NOTIFYING CANCELLATION OF CLASSES

• Notification Requirements: To cancel your child’s enrolment, you must provide written notice via email to Unite Performing Arts. Verbal communication or text messages will not be accepted as formal notice.

• Notice Period: A minimum of two weeks’ written notice is required when cancelling classes.

ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCES

• Missed Classes: Tuition fees are payable regardless of student attendance. No credits or refunds will be provided for missed classes.

• Make-Up Policy: Students may attend other available classes to compensate for any missed lessons.

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled lesson.

  2. Notice must be provided to both the teacher and Miss Jamie.

  3. Failure to give proper notice will result in full payment for the missed lesson, as the teacher has already prepared for the session.

• Teacher Cancellation: If the teacher cancels the lesson, they will complete the necessary cancellation documentation on your behalf.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR CANCELLED CLASSES

• Classes on Public Holidays: If a scheduled class falls on a public holiday and is cancelled, make-up classes may be attended either before or after the missed session.

• No Refunds or Credits: Unite Performing Arts does not issue refunds or credits for classes missed due to holidays, vacations, illness, inclement weather, or other personal reasons.
  
  

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

• By participating in classes and events at Unite Performing Arts, you consent to photography and videography being taken for promotional use, including social media. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be shared, please email admin@unitepa.onmicrosoft.com.
  
  

PARTICIPATION RISKS

By participating in Unite Performing Arts programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical injury or property damage. You voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself or your child.

Note: Your agreement to these terms is implied upon enrolment.
