3. HOW THE APP WORKS
Unit Converter performs all calculations entirely on your device (locally). When you enter a value and select units, the conversion is computed instantly using built-in mathematical formulas without any network requests. The App includes the following converters:
- Length: Meter, Kilometer, Centimeter, Millimeter, Mile, Yard, Foot, Inch, Nautical Mile
- Weight: Kilogram, Gram, Milligram, Pound, Ounce, Ton, Stone
- Temperature: Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin
- Area: Square Meter, Square Kilometer, Square Foot, Square Inch, Acre, Hectare, Square Mile
- Volume: Liter, Milliliter, Cubic Meter, Gallon, Quart, Pint, Cup, Fluid Ounce
All computations happen locally on your device. No data leaves your device at any time.
4. INTERNET PERMISSION
This App does NOT request INTERNET permission. It functions completely offline and does not require a network connection to operate.
5. DATA STORAGE
The App does not store any user data persistently. Any values entered during a session are held temporarily in device memory only while the App is running and are discarded when the App is closed. No data is written to external storage or shared with any third party.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Unit Converter does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, social media platforms, or external APIs. The only libraries used are standard Android Jetpack components (androidx.core, androidx.appcompat, Material Components) provided by Google as part of the Android development framework. These libraries operate locally and do not independently collect user data.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This App is safe for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, there is no risk to children's privacy. The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
8. SECURITY
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data at risk. All processing happens locally on your device, protected by your device's own security measures.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or transfer. You have full control over the App's use at all times. You may uninstall the App at any time to remove it from your device.
