Troop 144 has historically enjoyed steady growth, and at one point peaking at 99 registered boys. Troop 144 has produced 110 Eagle scouts in its 25 year history. That is more than 16% of the all-time troop membership. The national average is less than 4%.
We have earned the National Quality Unit Award every year and earned the National Camping Award several times. In 2013 we earned the Journey to Excellence Gold Award. Scouts of Troop 144 have attended at least 33 Camporees, 27 summer camps, and 15 different High Adventure Treks to Philmont, Seabase, Northern Tier and attended 5 National Jamborees.
