Meet Zhi Xuan, a dynamic and enterprising young student from SMU in Singapore. At just 20 years old, Zhi Xuan has already founded UniStay, a groundbreaking company that connects international students with trustworthy property agents to streamline their search for university accommodation.

Zhi Xuan's journey began during his own experience as an Admissions Executive in SMU, where he realised many international students faced numerous challenges in finding suitable housing. This inspired him to create a solution that would ease the process for others in similar situations. Combining his personal experience with a keen understanding of the housing market, Zhi Xuan recgonised a significant information gap in the support available for international students navigating unfamiliar rental landscapes.

UniStay leverages a robust network of vetted property agents who understand the unique needs of students from abroad. Zhi Xuan's company offers a user-friendly platform where students can browse verified listings, communicate directly with agents, and receive personalized assistance throughout their accommodation search. UniStay's services include virtual tours, rental agreement reviews, and post-move support, ensuring a smooth transition for students.
