UNISON at the University of Gloucestershire is a semi-autonomous 'section' of the Gloucestershire Local Government branch. We support members employed by the University and also those employed by University of Gloucestershire Professional Services Ltd (UOGPSL). 

We represent staff in collective bargaining with the University, and we also support and advise members in disciplinary and grievance processes. Most of the work of the union is carried out by ordinary members, with training and support from the branch, regional and national union.

We are always interested to hear from our members about working at the University, along with any concerns and priority issues to focus on.
