1. Information We Collect

We collect the following data to provide you with a better experience and ensure the functionality of the app:

• Personality and Preference Data (App Functionality): Your selected "Personality Type" and calculation preferences within the app are securely stored on Firebase servers (Firestore) to provide a personalized experience. This data is used to remember your preferences when you reopen the app.

• Usage Data (Product Interaction): Anonymous interaction data, such as which calculation mode (Manual, Transcript, Combination) you use most frequently or which buttons you click, is analyzed to improve the app experience.

• Device Identifiers (Device ID): Our app may use anonymous identifiers specific to your device (Advertising ID, Device ID) for ad display (AdMob) and analytics services (Firebase).

• Crash Data: In the event of an unexpected app shutdown, error reports are collected via Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix the cause of the error. These reports do not directly reveal your identity.

• User Content and Feedback: When you send us "Feedback" or an "Error Report," the text and (if provided) the transcript document you supply are processed temporarily. These data are used solely to resolve the issue.

2. About Transcript Documents

The e-Government Transcript Documents you upload within the app for grade calculation:

• Are processed locally on your device.

• Are transmitted to our servers only if you choose to send them via "Feedback".

• Documents sent for debugging purposes are permanently deleted within 30 days after the issue is resolved.

3. Data Usage and Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party service providers for the operation of our app:

• Google AdMob: Used to display ads within the app. AdMob may use Device Identifiers (Advertising ID) and cookies to serve ads relevant to your interests.

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Firestore & Crashlytics): Used to monitor app performance, detect errors, and securely store user data (such as personality choices).

4. Data Retention and Security Measures

User data (Personality choices, etc.) is stored on Firebase's secure servers using industry-standard encryption methods. Emails and attachments sent for error reporting are protected within the Google Workspace infrastructure.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

Our users have the right to request the deletion of their data registered in our systems (Personality choice, past error reports, etc.).

If you wish to have your data deleted, please send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to the email address below. Your request will be processed within 7 business days, and your data will be permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Note: Since no data from users under 13 is collected in our app, we do not implement cookies or ad placement targeting children by design. However, considering that third-party ad networks may use cookies, we recommend managing your preferences regarding cookies via your Google Account Settings.

1. Toplanan Veriler

• Kişilik ve Tercih Verileri (App Functionality): Uygulama içerisinde seçtiğiniz "Kişilik Tipi" ve hesaplama tercihleri, size özel bir deneyim sunmak amacıyla Firebase sunucularında (Firestore) güvenli bir şekilde saklanır. Bu veriler, uygulamayı tekrar açtığınızda tercihlerinizi hatırlamak için kullanılır.

• Kullanım Verileri (Product Interaction): Hangi hesaplama modunu (Manuel, Transkript, Kombinasyon) daha sık kullandığınız veya hangi butonlara tıkladığınız gibi anonim etkileşim verileri, uygulama deneyimini geliştirmek amacıyla analiz edilir.

• Cihaz Tanıtıcıları (Device ID): Uygulamamız, reklam gösterimi (AdMob) ve analiz hizmetleri (Firebase) için cihazınıza özgü anonim tanıtıcıları (Advertising ID, Device ID) kullanabilir.

• Çökme Verileri (Crash Data): Uygulamanın beklenmedik şekilde kapanması durumunda, hatanın nedenini tespit edip düzeltebilmemiz için Firebase Crashlytics aracılığıyla hata raporları toplanır. Bu raporlar kimliğinizi doğrudan ortaya çıkarmaz.

• Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Geri Bildirim (Feedback): Bize "Geri Bildirim" veya "Hata Bildirimi" gönderdiğinizde, sağladığınız metin ve (varsa) transkript belgesi geçici olarak işlenir. Bu veriler yalnızca sorunu çözmek için kullanılır.

2. Transkript Belgeleri Hakkında

Uygulama içinde not hesaplaması yapmak için yüklediğiniz e-Devlet Transkript Belgeleri:

• Cihazınızda yerel olarak işlenir.

• Yalnızca siz "Geri Bildirim" ile bize göndermeyi seçerseniz sunucularımıza iletilir.

• Hata ayıklama amacıyla gönderilen belgeler, sorun çözüldükten sonra en geç 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.

3. Veri Kullanımı ve İşleme Amaçları

Uygulamamızın çalışması için aşağıdaki güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarını kullanıyoruz:

• Google AdMob: Uygulama içinde reklam göstermek için kullanılır. AdMob, size ilgi alanlarınıza uygun reklamlar sunmak için Cihaz Kimliği (Advertising ID) ve çerezleri kullanabilir.

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Firestore & Crashlytics): Uygulama performansını izlemek, hataları tespit etmek ve kullanıcı verilerini (kişilik seçimleri gibi) güvenli bir şekilde saklamak için kullanılır.

4. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik Önlemleri

Kullanıcı verileri (Kişilik seçimleri vb.) Firebase'in güvenli sunucularında, endüstri standartlarına uygun şifreleme yöntemleriyle saklanır. Hata bildirimi için gönderilen e-postalar ve ekler ise Google Workspace altyapısında korunur. 

5. Üçüncü Taraflarla Veri Paylaşımı

• Kullanıcılarımız, sistemlerimizde kayıtlı olan verilerinin (Kişilik seçimi, geçmiş hata bildirimleri vb.) silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahiptir.

• Verilerinizin silinmesini istiyorsanız, lütfen aşağıdaki e-posta adresine "Veri Silme Talebi" başlıklı bir e-posta gönderiniz. Talebiniz 7 iş günü içinde işleme alınacak ve verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinecektir.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Bu uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Not: Uygulamamızda 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların verileri toplanmadığından, uygulama tasarımımız gereği çocukların gizliliği ile ilgili herhangi bir çerez kullanımı veya reklam yerleştirme yapılmamaktadır. Ancak, üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarının çerez kullanabileceğini göz önünde bulundurarak, çerezlerle ilgili tercihlerinizin yönetilmesi için Google Hesap Ayarları üzerinden tercihlerinizin yönetilmesi önerilir.

7. Politika Güncellemeleri ve İletişim

  Politika değişiklikleri, Google Play Store'da yayınlanan yeni sürüm notlarıyla duyurulur.
