🔒 Terms & Conditions (Payment Policy)

By making a payment to Unique Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Fee Structure:

   • Fees are fixed per academic year and vary by class and program.

   • All applicable taxes are included in the fee amount.

2. UPI Payments Only:

   • Currently, we accept payments only via UPI through the provided QR codes.

3. Confirmation Required:

   • Students/parents must fill the Payment Confirmation Form immediately after every transaction to maintain record.

   • Failure to submit the form may result in delayed record updates and consequences.

4. Late Payment Policy:

   • A late fee may be charged if payment is not completed within the notified deadline.

   • Students with pending fees may not be allowed to attend classes or receive study material in exceptional cases.

5. Refund Policy:

   • Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or excess payment.

   • Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Installments:

   • Installment facility is available for select programs. A prior written request and approval are required.

7. Official Communication:

   • Payment receipts and reminders will be shared via WhatsApp and email.

   • It is the responsibility of parents/students to ensure accurate contact details are submitted.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   • All disputes regarding fees must be reported to the admin within 5 days of the transaction.

9. Right to Modify:

   • Unique Academy reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions with prior notice.
