By making a payment to Unique Academy, you agree to the following terms:
Fee Structure:
Fees are fixed per academic year and vary by class and program.
All applicable taxes are included in the fee amount.
UPI Payments Only:
Currently, we accept payments only via UPI through the provided QR codes.
Confirmation Required:
Students/parents must fill the Payment Confirmation Form immediately after every transaction to maintain record.
Failure to submit the form may result in delayed record updates and consequences.
Late Payment Policy:
A late fee may be charged if payment is not completed within the notified deadline.
Students with pending fees may not be allowed to attend classes or receive study material in exceptional cases.
Refund Policy:
Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or excess payment.
Any approved refund will be processed within 7β10 working days.
Installments:
Installment facility is available for select programs. A prior written request and approval are required.
Official Communication:
Payment receipts and reminders will be shared via WhatsApp and email.
It is the responsibility of parents/students to ensure accurate contact details are submitted.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes regarding fees must be reported to the admin within 5 days of the transaction.
Right to Modify:
Unique Academy reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions with prior notice.
