Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York's most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars. They offer exceptional food with their signature warmth and hospitality.

The company, started by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, has expanded beyond its eateries. Along with creating Shake Shack, USHG provides operational consulting, runs a versatile catering and events business called Union Square Events, and has a growth fund called Enlightened Hospitality Investments (EHI).

USHG, with locations in New York and beyond, has a history of supporting its communities through hunger relief and civic organizations. USHG has won 28 James Beard Awards and many other awards for its unique hospitality style.
