Workshops are generally organized by two persons (but it can be only one, or three). Send a workshop proposal connected to the universal logic project by July 31st, 2025 to unilog2025@protonmail.com including:
A few sentences describing the idea/topic of the workshop
The Call for Papers with a list of suggested topics
E-mail, deadline for submission, date of notification (it is good that the participants know if their talks are accepted before mid September 2025)
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
The choice of Keynote(s) Speaker(s)
Advertising the workshop and circulating a call for papers
The selection of the contributing talks
GENERAL SETTING
Duration of the workshop: half a day, a full day, a day and a half, or two days during the congress
Generally two organizers (but it can be only 1 or 3)
1 , 2 or 3 keynote speakers (45 mn talks including discussion)
6 to 21 contributing speakers (30 mn talks including discussion)
The number of contributing speakers should be proportional to the number of keynote speakers (1 K/6C - 2K/12C - 3K/18C)
The organizers of the workshop are encouraged to present the topic at the beginning of the workshop (about 20 mn) and to organize a discussion / round table at the end of the workshop (about 30 mn). They are also welcome to publish a book or a special issue of a journal with the full papers after the event.
