EPSRC Programme Grant
Unifying Arithmetic Statistics

This is a 5-year EPSRC Programme Grant in number theory and algebraic geometry, with links to other areas such as algebraic topology, cryptography, and others. It is led by Alex Bartel (Glasgow), Daniel Loughran (Bath), Adam Morgan (Cambridge), and Rachel Newton (King's College London). The programme grant runs until 2031.

Our project partners include ANAGA, the CANARI team in Bordeaux, the COSIC team in Leuven, and the LMFDB. 

If you are interested in joining us, feel free to get in touch with one of the project leads. There will be many opportunities to join the team as a postdoctoral researcher or as a Ph.D. student. We expect to advertise the first round of positions in the autumn of 2026.
