There are many active and vibrant Agrawal organizations, often referred to as Agrawal Samajs, across America. Notable mentions are Agrawal Association of America (Houston), Agrawal Samaj USA (New Jersey), Agrawal Samaj of Dallas-Fort Worth (Dallas Metro), and Agarwal Samaj DC-VA-MD (Metro DC). Each of these chapters are independent non-profit organizations with their own autonomous legal standings, operating procedures, and governance.

The selected trustees and board members from some of these chapters came together to brainstorm the value and advantages of a synergistic approach between Samajs. After several sessions, a decision was made to unite for the sole purpose of coordinating, collaborating, and communicating activities that will benefit members and Agrawal community at large. The team unanimously adopted the apt name of "Unified Agrawals of United States of America (UAofUSA)”. UAofUSA aims to foster the collective impact, harmonize & promote the common activities of affiliating chapters, and expand the reach for Agrawals living in North America.

It is important to recognize that each affiliate Samaj will continue to operate autonomously. Their leadership will contribute the time and resources efficiently on voluntary basis to the best of each Samaj’s ability and discretion for sustainable growth of the cohesive Agrawal community and share our traditions & values with the next generation.

Collectively, affiliated chapters of UAofUSA will pursue five focus areas:

1. Develop and support platforms that will help members connect

2. Enable activities relating to matrimonial needs for members

3. Explore cultural and celebratory aspects among chapters

4. Create awareness of Agrawal heritage and reach out to emerging chapters

5. Foster development of youth and next-gen members as future trailblazers
