In order to make life easier for our residents, we incorporate commercial business into our residential complexes, such as a convenience store located at the bottom of the building.

Additionally, in commercial development we incorporate residential properties within the business complexes.

As a result, we are able to design mixed used development that better meet the demand of the local population.
