I have the latest browser extension installed in Chrome, and the Auto-fill setting in the extension set to disabled. On the UniFi login page the Passwordstate extension icon shows a matching login, and I'm able to click it and login successfully. If I look at the record in Passwordstate at that point and go to the "browser form fields" tab, it shows 'username' and 'password' for the field names (which matches what's in the form.) So far so good.

We are offering a very handy feature that allows you to create multiple Ubiquiti unifi servers with the same configuration that we created now. Make use of it if necessary. Lastly, click on the Add VPSie button to create your Ubiquiti unifi server.

BUT:

I am not able anymore to use the app to connect to my setup in the usual way (as if it is a remote controller).

I also noticed that connecting to my controller from The unifi website is not OK anymore:

 - I can browse to and I see my controller

 - but when I select it to open the management GUI, I get this error:

"UniFi is having trouble with this directionSorry about that. Please press reload button to try again."

You can also copy the link and open the Wifiman app directly. Simply past the link in the app and click on connect. It will take 5 to 10 sec for the connection to built-up after which you have a secure connection to the internet through your home network.

My access points in unifi controller doing adoption after some days , even after doing reset of the AP it works but after some days the same thing happens. This makes my internet connection to say that is connected but no internet ,

Kindly help here since have got clients in the conference halls.

I've tried adopting them again but they don't appear in the controller, probably because they're already there greyed out and I can't delete them and start again as when I click on them I get the above error.

Choose the device you would like to adopt to your controller and click the "Action" button. Select "Set Inform" action, add your inform URL " :8080/inform", username and password should both be "ubnt". Click "Execute"

Step 7 You can create your own Wireless Network Name and Password on this page, click Save.(For dual-band routers, you will be required to set up the wireless for 2.4GHz and 5GHz).

Step 9 After the modem and router are configured, please go to Status page, check WAN section, if the IP Address shows 0.0.0.0,please double check your Username and Password from unifi and do the Quick Setup again. If it shows other numbers, that means the router is configured successfully.

To assign library admins and grant user access, select the library you want to edit and then either right-click and select Edit or select Edit from the top right of the screen.

Open the index.html file in a text editor (right click on the file and choose your favorite text/code editor) and at the top of this document you will see an item named "splashurl", edit this so that it shows:

An SSL certificate can only be purchased for a domain, therefore, you will need to alter your DNS records so that this hostname resolves to the IP address of your controller, for example: unifi.yourdomain.com -> 192.168.1.10

After uploading the SSL certificate to your controller, you need to switch on the "Use Secure Portal" and "Redirect using hostname" options and enter the hostname from the SSL certificate, for example unifi.example.com

On the Set up Single Sign-On with SAML page, in the SAML Signing Certificate section, click Download to download the Certificate (Base64) from the given options as per your requirement and save it on your computer.

You can also use Microsoft My Apps to test the application in any mode. When you click the UNIFI tile in the My Apps, if configured in SP mode you would be redirected to the application sign on page for initiating the login flow and if configured in IDP mode, you should be automatically signed in to the UNIFI for which you set up the SSO. For more information about the My Apps, see Introduction to the My Apps.

DigitalME is a digital ID feature in myunifi app and Unifi self-care portal for Unifi customers to create a digital identity (digital personal profile). This digital identity will be used as a single sign in identification for Unifi services and beyond.

DigitalME helps consolidate all your digital accounts with just one login. It removes the hassle of having to remember multiple usernames and passwords for different Unifi applications or portal, hence allowing you to manage your Unifi digital accounts easier.

DigitalME is enabled by the Digital ID-as-a-Service (IDaaS) Platform, a trusted, service-neutral platform designed to host private and secured digital identity.
