Commission Form

General

• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

• All payments are made upfront. I will not begin work until full payment has been received.

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason.

Usage & Ownership

• I retain full copyright to all artwork I create. You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my credit.

• You may not use my artwork to train AI models. 

• You may not use my artwork for NFTs or blockchain-related purposes.

• You may not resell or commercially use my work without prior discussion and permission.

Posting & Sharing

• I do not accept private commissions, all finished pieces will be posted publicly. You can request to remain anonymous.

• You are welcome to repost your commissioned piece as long as you properly credit me.

Cancellations & Refunds

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. I will not cancel a commission without a valid reason. 

• If you choose to cancel:

  • Full refund if I have not started on the commission.

  • Partial refund if work has begun.

  • No refund once the commission is near completion or finished.
