Unidentified Man April 8 1996

According to the Baltimore Sun, on April 8, 1996 the body of a decomposed man was found in a stream in the 4500 block of Wetheredsville Road. The police did not say whether this was Dead Run or the Gwynns Falls. No obvious signs of foul play were found.  The body was sent to the Medical Examiner for identification.
