• Student Users: first name, last name, email address, university, major, and university number

• University Admin Users: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and position

To use the core features of the App, you may provide academic information such as:

• Subjects you have taken

• Marks and grades you have received

This data is used exclusively for:

• GPA calculations

• Academic planning

• Personalized recommendations within your account

2.3 Technical Data

We may process limited technical data for functionality purposes, including:

• IP address

• App version

• Device-related information

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Store and synchronize your academic data

• Provide personalized academic insights and recommendations

• Ensure the App functions properly

We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

UniCurve uses:

• Supabase (for authentication, database storage, and app configuration)

Supabase processes your data on our behalf and stores it securely in our private database.
It does not have permission to use your data for its own purposes.

5. Application Permissions

The App may request:

• Internet & Network State – required to connect securely to our servers for login, data storage, and updates

We do not access your contacts, location, files, or photos.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on backend servers provided by Supabase.

We implement the following measures:

• Encrypted communication using HTTPS

• Secure password hashing (passwords are never stored in plain text)

• Use of trusted backend infrastructure

However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting your account from within the App

Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through your account

• Update your personal and academic information

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time

9. Children’s Privacy

UniCurve is intended for university students and administrators and is not designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes may be communicated through the App or the app store listing.

Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Because UniCurve is an account-based service:

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of access due to incorrect login details

• Data inaccuracies entered by users

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Academic decisions made based on the App
