Terms and conditions:
  1. Designs remain the property of UnicPrint and Design unless paid for by the customer.
  2. All designs done by UnicPrint and Design are protected by copyright laws and may not be copied without express written permission.
  3. Brand names will not be printed unless written permission from their respective owners have been given in writing to UnicPrint and Design.
  4. All orders must be paid for in full before manufacturing thereof will commence.
  5. All mocked up artworks are the designer's representation of the final artwork. Slight variations can occur between mockups and final products
  6. For orders that are colour specific, a small colour sample will be made for approval before manufacturing will commence.
  7. Colour variations between screens and the final product will occur. Please specify if you want to have a colour sample made before printing.
  8. Colour variation will occur between different media types (Matte paper vs. gloss paper, standard cardboard vs. glitter cardboard).
  9. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their designs is correct upon approval. Only products approved in writing will be manufactured.
  10. Please consult current Pantone colour charts if Pantone colours are used in the design.
  11. Lead times can vary depending on the current workload experienced at UnicPrint and Design. Current lead times are 5-7 working days.
  12. 3D printed products can take longer to manufacture as it undergoes more processes to complete.
  13. Products 3D printed from rainbow plastic may not always have a colour change in them. Larger objects are more prone to have a colour change in the print.
  14. 3D printed objects may have small imperfections due to the nature of the printing process.
  15. All artworks sent for approval is the artist's impression of the final product. Slight variations can occur between the mockup and actual product.
  16. 3D printed toys are not recommended for children under the age of 5 due to small parts that can cause a choking hazard.
  17. 3D printed objects may have sharp edges. Please handle with care to avoid possible injury.
