Ticket Purchase Assistance

ℹ️General Info:

• Fees will depend based on the artist/s

• Assistance fee is per ticket

• We secure tickets online and onsite

• Assistance fee is refundable if NO ticket/s secured

• Camping fee is applicable per ticket if we secure your ticket onsite.

     🎟️500/tix - all tiers (NOT REFUNDABLE even if NO tix secured - para po sa effort pumila ng almost 

          12-24hrs

❗Cancellation and Refund:

• Full refund will only be applicable if cancellation is made within 5 days before or dday of ticket selling. (ticket price + assistance fee + camping fee - if applicable)

• Full refund and meetup on dday of ticket selling if the client was the first one to secure his/her desired seat/s. (ticket price + assistance fee + camping fee - if applicable)

• 500pesos INCONVENIENCE FEE if cancelled a day before or dday of tix selling

✍️Assistance Process

1. No DP. We prioritized who can meet up on dday of tix selling. (within Cavite)

2. Fill out the form

3. Send full payment if AGREED and UNDERSTOOD our terms and cons (ticket price + camping fee - if applicable) 

4. We will send you an update if ticket is secured (or not)

5. We practice meetup or kaliwaan for safety and iwas scam on both parties (highly recommended)

6. For voucher/e- ticket, it will be sent to your provided email address

7. For packed and remote clients, we also accept LBC or lalamove of physical tickets (booked and shouldered by client)
