Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and the developer of UniAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using UniAI, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UniAI for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Terms
UniAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following options:
Weekly Premium: $3.99 USD / week
Monthly Premium: $9.99 USD / month
3 Months Premium: $19.99 USD / 3 months
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

5. Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of UniAI. Unauthorized use or access may result in termination of your license.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate any term of this Agreement.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your consent to those changes.
