What we do
Through our Platform,UNI links you to the vendors (“Vendors”) for you to order a variety of goods and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Goods") to be delivered to you. When you place an order for Goods from our Vendors (“Order”), UNI acts as an agent on behalf of that Vendor to facilitate, process and conclude the order and subsequently for either us or the Vendor to deliver your order to you. Vendors may be owned and operated by third party.
End User License Agreement
This End User License Addendum (“License Agreement”) relates only to your usage of UNI Mobile application. This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Uni Market Hub (Licensor) and supplements the Register form agreement (“Initial Agreement”) you previously agreed when you registered to use Uni Market Hub. As used herein, the terms “UNI”, “us”, “we” or “our” means Uni Market Hub. By installing, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the term of the Initial Agreement and this License Agreement, the term of this License control.
In terms of “You” and “Your” refer to the customer who is granted the license under this agreement.
Use of the Services
If you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms of Use, and their agreement to take responsibility for: (i) your actions; (ii) any charges associated with your use of any of the Services or purchase of Products; and (iii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this Platform and using the Services.
Use of the Platform and UNI Account
1. You will need to register for a UNI account for you to use the Platform. When you register for a UNI account, we will ask you to provide your personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number and a unique password. Your unique password should not be shared with anyone, and you agree to keep it secret at all times. You are solely responsible for keeping your password safe. Save for cases of fraud or abuse which are not your fault, you accept that all Orders placed under your UNI account are your sole responsibility.
2. UNI shall not be liable for Orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided by you. You are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of the Order, including your delivery address and contact information.
Restrictions
1. Activities Prohibited on the Platform
The following is a non-exhaustive list of the types of conduct that are illegal or prohibited on the Platform. UNI reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in UNI’s sole discretion, engages in any of the prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to the following:
1.1 using the Platform for any purpose in violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations;
2.2 posting any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secret rights, or any other rights of any party;
1.3 posting or reviewing content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by UNI in its sole discretion or pursuant to local community standards;
1.4 posting content that constitutes cyber-bullying, as determined by UNI in its sole discretion;
1.5 posting content that depicts any dangerous, life-threatening, or otherwise risky behavior;
1.6 posting telephone numbers, street addresses, or last names of any person;
1.7 posting URLs to external websites or any form of HTML or programming code;
1.8 posting anything that may be “spam,” as determined by UNI in its sole discretion;
1.9 impersonating another person when posting content;
1.10 harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
1.11 allowing any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments;
1.12 harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing any person on the Platform;
1.13 engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Websites, or which, in the sole discretion of UNI, exposes UNI or any of its customers, suppliers, or any other parties to any liability or detriment of any type; or
1.14 encouraging other people to engage in any prohibited activities as described herein.
2. UNI reserves the right but is not obligated to do any or all the following:
2.1 investigate an allegation that any content posted on the Platform does not conform to these Terms and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the content;
2.2 remove content which is abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fails to conform with these Terms;
2.3 suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Platform or their UNI Account upon any breach of these Terms;
2.4 monitor, edit, or disclose any content on the Platform; and
2.5 edit or delete any content posted on the Platform, regardless of whether such content violates these standards.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, and service marks, including these Terms as displayed on the Platform or in our marketing material, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of UNI and/or third parties who have authorised us with the use (collectively the “Trademarks”). You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these Trademarks in any way without our prior express written consent. The use of UNI’s trademarks on any other website not approved by us is strictly prohibited. UNI will aggressively fully enforce its intellectual property rights of the law, including criminal prosecution. UNI neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Platform will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with UNI. Use of any materials on the Platform is at your own risk.
Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, fraud prevention and other services to you (if any) related to the Application. Licensor may also use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.
Restrictions on Goods
Some of the Goods we offer on our Platform are subject to restrictions for purchase (“Restricted Goods”), refer to the Law on Post, No. 45/NA, dated 25 December 2013 and the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 303/PM, dated 26 September 2011, on the organization and responsibility of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Article 6 and Article 7.
Third Party Links and Websites
The Platform may contain links to other third-party websites and by clicking on these links, you agree to do so at your own risk. UNI does not control or endorse these third-party websites or links and shall not be responsible for the content of these linked pages. UNI accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you in relation to your access and use of these third-party links and websites.
Personal Data (Personal Information) Protection
You agree and consent to UNI and any of its affiliate companies collecting, using, processing and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with these Terms and as further described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available via the links on our Platforms and shall form a part of these Terms.
Account Cancellation
UNI has the right to terminate, suspend, or delete your account and access to the Platform, including any delivery service we provide to you in respect of an Order, for any reason, including, without limitation, if UNI, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms. UNI may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you with a warning prior to termination of your use of the Websites.
After you submit a cancellation request, you must wait up to 2 weeks for it to be processed. If you are still a UNI, you must first deactivate your seller account and ensure no new orders are placed and You should not have an order in progress. You must also ensure your account complies with all regulations. Your Account (including any related services, such as your Vouchers) will not be subject to any investigation, penalty, or allegation of violation of the terms of use and applicable regulations.
If your account does not have any orders, payments, refund requests, shipping, or using any services during the process of canceling the account, you have the right to cancel the account with UNI.
Prevailing Language
In the event of a dispute as to the Terms, the Lao version shall prevail. The Lao language versions of these Terms shall control in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect personal information from you when registering on our application, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, date of birth, gender, username, password, email address, phone number, or other details to help you with your experience.
Where you are a seller, we may also collect your, identification card/passport, bank account, company name, address, date of registration, and other business-related information (e.g. company registration number, business license, tax information, shareholder and director information)
When will we collect personal data?
We will/may collect personal data about you:
1. when you register and/or use our Services or Platform, or open an account with us;
2. when you submit any form, including, but not limited to, application forms or other forms relating to any of our products and services, whether online or by way of a physical form;
3. when you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services;
4. when you interact with us, such as via telephone calls (which may be recorded), letters, fax, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and emails, including when you interact with our customer service agents;
5. when you grant permissions on your device to share information with our application or Platform;
8. when you carry out transactions through our Services;
9. when you provide us with feedback or complaints;
10. when you register for a contest; and/or
11. when you submit your personal data to us for any reason

How will we use the information we collect from you?
We use and disclose personal data for the purposes described below in accordance with applicable local laws and, if required, upon obtaining your consent.
Depending on your relationship with us (for example, whether you are a buyer, a seller, or a user of our mobile applications), the personal data that we collect from you may be used for certain purposes, as follows:
1. To facilitate your use of the Services or access to the applications;
2. To conduct analytics, research, business, and development;
3. To identify visitors on the applications;
4. To further develop our products and services;
5. To update you on the delivery of the products;
6. To provide customer support for your orders and Services;
7. To respond to your queries, feedback, claims, or disputes.
UNI reserves the right to disclose your personal information if it is required or authorized to do so by law, or, if it is reasonably necessary in its opinion to protect the rights or property of UNI or any third party, or to avoid injury to any person.

We reserve the right to alter all or any part of this privacy policy. Any changes will be noticed via our platform and where appropriate, through e-mail notification
You may contact us to correct any of your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, or to request that your personal information be deleted. We will use reasonable endeavours to correct or delete your personal information as requested within a reasonable period of receipt of your request.
