h) Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
i) Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services

5.1 Unfollowers App Content All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Unfollowers App or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Unfollowers App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
5.3 User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). Unfollowers App is provided to you free of charge. All features and functionality of the Services are available at no cost to users. Any future paid services will be optional and will not affect your ability to continue using the current free features of the App. Although app is free, it has extra features that require active paid subscription.

9.2 No Warranty Unfollowers App DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Unfollowers App MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.
9.3 Health and Safety USE OF VIRTUAL REALITY SERVICES MAY CAUSE DISCOMFORT, MOTION SICKNESS, OR OTHER PHYSICAL EFFECTS. YOU SHOULD REVIEW ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DISCOMFORT, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY AND CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IF NECESSARY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Unfollowers App, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unfollowers App, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
a) Your use of the Services
b) Your violation of these Terms
c) Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right
d) Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services
12.1 Informal Resolution If you have any dispute with Unfollowers App, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us via email.
12.2 Binding Arbitration If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent in your jurisdiction). The arbitration will be conducted in the English language.
12.3 Class Action Waiver You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Unfollowers App individually. You agree to waive any right to have any dispute brought, heard, administered, resolved, or arbitrated as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unfollowers App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
14.1 Termination by You You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and deleting your account through the App settings.
14.2 Termination by Unfollowers App Unfollowers App may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
14.3 Effect of Termination All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unfollowers App regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Unfollowers App relating to your use of the Services.
The failure of Unfollowers App to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Unfollowers App. Unfollowers App may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
