Commission Info

• Base prices account for personal use. Commercial usage is +100% the price for independent creators

  • • Personal use includes: icons / banners / posts on social media which do not generate revenue

    • Personal merchandise which will NOT be sold or mass produced is permitted

    • Commercial use includes art posted on social media (i.e YouTube videos, Twitch streams,  thumnail art. etc) which generate revenue

    • *Merchandise which will be mass produced and sold is NOT permitted

• Payment is upfront. Please do not commission if you can't afford to do that 

• My artwork may NOT be "edited" once sent out. If you want minor adjustments prior to final, I will do it.

  • • Progress work will be shared at every major step. Minor revisions are allowed (major only permitted during sketch phase)

    • "Edits" include (but not limited to):

      • Hate speech

      • Endorsing or promoting offensive content

      • NSFW edits

• Commission time varies depending on my schedule

• I will be communicating in English only

REFUNDS:

• No refunds will be granted unless I personally cannot fulfill the commission, which will be communicated

IP and Courtesy Policy 

• If the commission includes a non-original character, it is up to the client's responsibility to ensure that they have permission to commission it

• My art is still my art! Please do not claim it as your own.

  • • If you repost the commission, written credit should be stated

    • You do NOT have permission to create Non-fungible tokens using my art

    • You do NOT have permission to use my art to generate AI images or train AI

• I reserve the right to refuse the commission without an explanation.

• I may use the commission in my portfolio
