Clients must be 18+. At this time, our instructors are not certified in prenatal Pilates.
Q: I’m new to Pilates. Can I still join?
A: Absolutely! Our classes are designed for beginners and can be modified to your level.
Q: What type of Pilates do you teach?
A: We offer contemporary reformer classes that focus on alignment, strength, and control.
Q: Do you offer private sessions?
A: Yes! Private lessons are available!
Q: What if I haven’t worked out in a long time (or ever)?
A: You're in the right place! Our instructors offer modifications and will guide you at your own pace. No experience needed — just come as you are.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: Most group classes are 45 to 50 minutes, which includes warm-up and cool-down.
Q: Will I be sore after class?
A: Possibly! Especially if you're new. Pilates activates muscles you may not normally use. A little soreness is normal and shows your body is adapting and getting stronger.
Q: What’s your class/lesson cancellation policy?
A: We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule classes/lessons without a fee. This helps us offer spots to clients on the waitlist. You have 28 days to make up the canceled class/lesson. If an emergency arises, we will work with you! Please contact us!
Q: What’s your membership cancellation policy?
A: We require members to let us know that they want to cancel their membership before their renewel date. Everyone's renewel date is different- please ask us to check if you need to know the date. There is no fee to cancel your membership. We do not offer refunds if you cancel after your membership is charged for the month.
Q: What if my lesson/class falls on a holiday or a weather issue occurs?
A: Members have 28 days to make up a class or lesson that falls on a holiday that the studio is closed, or if the studio closes due to weather. Members can choose if they want to join a different class or schedule a private lesson with their instructor. Most of the time, we offer more classes during the week or week after to give members more time to make up their class.
