Terms of Serivce - Humanly

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Humanly ("the App"), a text transformation application provided by us ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Humanly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Humanly. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Humanly for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.

3. Description of the Service

Humanly is a text transformation application that processes user-submitted text and produces refined and rewritten versions of that content.

The App may include features such as:

• Text rewriting and refinement

• Writing improvement and restructuring

• Tone adjustment and clarity enhancement

• Language simplification and paraphrasing tools

• Other related text transformation features

The App operates using automated processing systems that transform user input into modified output text.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Humanly responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must not:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

• Submit content that violates intellectual property rights of others

• Upload malicious code, spam, or disruptive content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App

• Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or subscription systems

• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access the service

• Use the App to generate or distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material

You are solely responsible for the text you submit and how you use the output generated by the App.

5. Processed Text Output

Humanly produces refined and rewritten text using automated language processing systems.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are generated through automated processing of the text you submit

• The result may vary depending on input, context, and system behavior at the time of processing

• Outputs may differ in tone, structure, readability, and interpretation

• Processed text may not consistently align with external detection or evaluation systems

• You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use or publish any output generated through the App

Humanly is a text transformation tool and is not intended to provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, branding, algorithms, and content (excluding user-submitted text), is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the text you submit to the App.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in Apple Account Settings

• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies

8. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Trial eligibility and management are controlled by Apple.

9. Availability

Access to Humanly may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to:

• Maintenance or updates

• System upgrades

• Network or infrastructure issues

• Third-party service disruptions

• Events outside reasonable control

10. Third-Party Services

Humanly may rely on third-party providers for processing, hosting, analytics, or infrastructure.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

Continued use of Humanly after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if there is reasonable belief of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse or abuse of the App

• Unauthorized access or interference

• Fraudulent or harmful activity

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

13. Disclaimer

Humanly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties or implied conditions related to performance, reliability, availability, or suitability are disclaimed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, and in such cases, these limits apply only where legally permitted.

15. Privacy

Your use of Humanly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be effective once published within the App or related platforms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
