Story wise, the protagonist (Eugene) and literally every other character here is very charming and full of life. I must however say that the way the english dialogues feel google translated and a few times, wrong. There are also a few times in the game when you reply to someone talking to you from the 2 choices of responses that you were offered, the character will reply as if you chose the other response to their earlier comment. I really think that the developers should consider rewriting some of the dialogues. Of course, these things don't happen all the time and for the most part, it all feels great to read but when an error does occur, it really takes you completely out of the story by destroying your immersion.

But even after all of this, it would be completely wrong to not acknowledge that Underworld Office comes with a solid story and a level of immersion that I did not think was possible with Decision Making mobile phone games. The artstyle is very adorable and the cutesy animations in between the story after you have made a significant choice feels really good. If this game focused a bit more on the side characters, I would have definitely raised my rating but considering how short and rushed/extremely fast paced it feels, a decent 7/10 is all this will be getting from me.

honesty i have no clue what happened to boss after he left the office to eugene, but i dont think that he disappeared right after this because we can clearly see his body being all black, only the scars that river left on him were glowing

i wanted to see the continuation after the end of the game, (the same reader with daddy issues that i requested earlier, already dead) that couldnt let myself pass to the other side because of boss, she just wanted to take care of him like he did to everyone in the office, wipe his tears if he ever cried, hug him whenever he felt worse and help him forgive yourself

The flight back was relatively quiet, with the kid humming a few times in between and you joining her. And before you knew it, you had reached the entrance of the underworld office, which was empty, as expected. You placed the child down gently, and she took your hand as the three of you walked in.
