This Privacy Policy explains how 112: Understand Myself (the "App", "we", "our", or "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed the App to collect as little data as possible.
We do NOT collect any personal data. Our App is built on a foundation of privacy. All your practice data, progress, and personal content remain exclusively on your device.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store:
Your name, email address, or any contact details.
Your location or GPS data.
Your IP address or device identifiers.
Your meditation history, streak, or total practice time (this data is stored locally on your device).
Your voice recording (if you choose to create one for narration; it is stored only on your device).
Any usage analytics or behavioral data.
Since we do not collect any information, we do not use, share, or sell your data for any purpose. All data processed by the App (e.g., your selected techniques, session timers, ambient sounds) is used in real-time to provide you with the meditation experience and is not recorded or transmitted.
Local Storage Only: Your progress, session history, total practice time, and any voice recordings you choose to make are stored solely in the App's local storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete all your progress and settings at any time with one tap from the App's Settings section. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Security: Because we do not collect or transmit your data, the security of your information is managed by your device's built-in security features, such as encryption and secure storage. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using strong device passcodes for optimal protection.
Our App requires certain device permissions to provide its core features:
Microphone: This permission is optional and only requested if you choose to record your own voice for narration. The recording is processed and stored locally on your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
We do not request access to your camera, contacts, or other sensitive data.
Our App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate any social media platforms or external SDKs that could collect your data. The app does not contain any third-party advertising.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, this is not applicable.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 112: Understand Myself mobile application (the "App") provided by our team. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
112: Understand Myself is a library of 112 distinct guided meditation techniques designed to help you quiet the mind and find stillness. The App provides a variety of methods (including breath, sound, visualization, space, body, emotion, and mind) to suit different moods and moments.
You agree to use the App for its intended purpose of personal meditation and self-improvement. You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
Misuse the App to harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of others.
Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's software or systems.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality (such as the UI, design, software code, and technique descriptions), is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.
Free Access: Technique 1 and all technique explanations are always free to access. You can browse the entire library without a subscription.
Subscription: A subscription is required to unlock the full library of 112 techniques, including guided sessions, and to access all future techniques and features added to the App.
Payment: All purchases are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's standard refund policy, which we do not control.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to the price change, you can cancel your subscription before it renews.
By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and terms specified within the App.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE USE OF THE APP IS FOR RELAXATION AND WELLNESS PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This is consistent with Section i of Apple's Standard EULA.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Apps, which is incorporated herein by reference: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall control.
