Offline Activities

Time: 20minutes

Resources: For every group: dismantled pens of different colours in a pouch, a timer, a checklist sheet.

Activities:

Part A: Go around the lab and "tick or cross" in the sheet keeping the list of safety regulations in mind.

Part B: Select two participants from your group to come forward to take part in the activity. Name the participants' A and B.

a. Handover the resources to the participants.

b. Set the timer and ask person A to assemble the pen.

c. Once he/ she finishes the task, stop the timer.

d. Next, ask person B to arrange the dismantled parts of the pen in the way they want before starting the timer.

e. Ask person B to start assembling again note down the timing and the difference in time taken by both participants.
