Although I value our traditional liturgies and hymnody, I generally prioritize and prefer "alternate forms of worship." Worship and liturgy are living things, practiced for our delight in a living God. Ever since the Old Testament, God's people have been encouraged to "sing a new song" to the Lord. Martin Luther adopted worship in order to help it resonate and guide the German believers. As worshipers, we keep in tension the beauty of our historic liturgical practices and the relevant language our cultural context requires. The best worship uses that creative tension to create something new which both unites us to the millennia of believers who have gone before us and also forges new bridges by which a post-modern culture can connect with their creator. (Or, tl;dr - I like screens.)
