Explore our terms and guidlines for a clear understanding of our services.

Enquiries & approval

All project enquiries must be submitted through our project enquiry form before acceptance. UNC Media reviews each project to ensure it aligns with our services and capabilities.

Payments

Payment is required before any editing services begin. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer only. Due to the time and work involved, payments are non refundable once editing has started.

Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 revisions to help refine the final video and ensure it meets your expectations.

Timelines & Communication

Project details, deadlines and requirements are confirmed via email after submitting project enquiry form. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

Client Content

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets and permissions required for their project. Client footage and project files are stored for 30 days after completion before being permanently deleted.

Delivery & Usage

Once a project has been approved and delivered, further changes may require a new project request. UNC Media may showcase completed work in its portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed.
