Professional Development: In KAPi, we dedicate the majority of our time to professional development. This can look like workshoping resumes, participating in interview prep, networking events, and hearing from guest speakers.
Brotherhood: KAPi is meant to be your second home at UNC! Our brotherhood is special because it includes a vast range of majors, interests, and perspectives.
National Network: KAPi is a national organization with hundreds of chapters, meaning that as a brother, you gain access to benefits ranging from networking to scholarship opportunities.

If you have any questions throughout the rush process, please reach out to either Stella or Nubah via text. Please make sure to introduce yourself in the text! You should receive a response within 24 hours.
What does "optional" mean in the context of the Koffee Chats
What does "optional" mean in the context of the Koffee Chats
We have provided KAPi Koffee chats as a resource so PNMs can get to know brothers and vice versa. While these events are completely optional, we highly recommend participating to increase your visibility during the rush process. These chats can also be valuable outside of rush, as they are a great introduction to professional networking.
How many rush events do I need to attend?
How many rush events do I need to attend?
Out of the four main rush events ( Info meeting, KAPi in the Kuad, Debate and Desserts, and Speed Dating), PNMs are required to attend at least two; however, you are highly encouraged to attend as many as possible.
