This event will take place at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library – Sugar Creek Branch. This exhibit will feature a special display where attendees can use Augmented Reality on a mobile device to view virtual images of historical events and neighborhood’s social and economic conditions. Event attendees can also head out of the library to play Pokémon-GO and learn more about the history of the neighborhood through the game. The event will offer additional PokéStops at locations near the library and increased rates of spawning. Event attendees will have opportunities to win prizes through a history quiz game and a scavenger hunt.
