go to this google doc, select all of the text, turn it to black and copy it.
go to this site and remove any text in the left textbox
copy the html code you copied from here and paste to the left textbox
on the right side, there will be a searchbox and go button
in the searchbox, copy the EXACT URL of the site (with the https stuff)
press the go button and the blocked site will launch in a blank url site
